About the consultant
Jean Wisly Antoine is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). He is therefore among the professionals legally authorized — alongside lawyers and Quebec notaries — to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Quebec immigration authorities.
He holds a graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) in Canadian and Quebec immigration regulation from Université de Montréal, and supports individuals, families, and workers in assessing their eligibility and preparing their files: permanent residence, Express Entry, family sponsorship, work and study permits, temporary visas, and citizenship.
Working with a regulated consultant means full legal protection: a written service agreement, a duty of confidentiality, professional liability insurance, a code of professional conduct, and a complaints process through the CICC. Unauthorized intermediaries — often called “ghost consultants” — offer none of these safeguards and expose applicants to refusals, misrepresentation findings, and inadmissibility.
